Using the insights: We started analysing the target audience on a global scale, and began tracking their online behaviour. The big data we collected was then used to define online personas. We documented similar needs on a global scale and found that the target audience was looking for in depth knowledge and inspiration. By segmenting behaviour on a personal level we where able to turn the collected big data in to small personal data. This data gave us the insights we needed to be able to to create the expert content strategy. We created and tested rich content for all paid, owned and earned media and are still learning every day analysing monthly reports, writing new content and creating videos, blogs and pictures.
