Develop an online strategy that defines Stahl as an inspiring global player in all industries. At Stahl we believe ‘if it can be imagined, it can be created’ but our current online strategy does not inspire, connect nor convert. So we need a new online strategy where we can show the world what Stahl can do for you.

As the expert in the field of leather and performance coatings, it is only fitting that Stahl creates the best expert content. After analysing the industries online behaviour we found out that there was a shortage in expert content. This was exactly what the Stahl audience was searching for. A thought leader that would create genuine rich content that guided them through the industries possibilities and innovations and inspired them. With an online expert strategy your audience will find you through the quality of your content. We used inbound marketing, a holistic approach to marketing that attracts individuals to the Stahl brand and converts them into customers or fans by using blogs, webinars, presentations, photo’s, video’s, info graphics and interactive tools.

Using the insights: We started analysing the target audience on a global scale, and began tracking their online behaviour. The big data we collected was then used to define online personas. We documented similar needs on a global scale and found that the target audience was looking for in depth knowledge and inspiration. By segmenting behaviour on a personal level we where able to turn the collected big data in to small personal data. This data gave us the insights we needed to be able to to create the expert content strategy. We created and tested rich content for all paid, owned and earned media and are still learning every day analysing monthly reports, writing new content and creating videos, blogs and pictures. Using an expert strategy to become a thought leader is an on-going process for Stahl and Hello.
